The Abyss Community Project
From The Abyss Wiki
The Abyss Community Project (shortened TAbCP) is a community constructed level pack for Doom 2, specifically for the ZDoom family of ports. It is intended to be a Single Player episode composed of several levels created by different Abyssians which can be played in any order, and a hub that connects them all. Unlike most community wads, it is intended to be story driven and all of the levels lead up to a final boss fight.

History
One day someone said, "hay letz do a commy wad!" And then the project started. That was almost 2 years ago, and it's still nowhere near being finished.
Well, that's one way of putting it. Work has been completed on it, ever so slowly. It currently stands still, with only one map actually being completed (TABCP01).
Maps
It has been decided that the project will consist of a total of twelve maps. So far the maplist is as follows:
- TABCP00 - The Abyssian Temple. This is the hub map that connects all of the other maps together. Desgined by Nomad
- TABCP01 - Catharsis. This map is a simple map composed of four main areas and some hallways that connect them all. Designed by Nomad
- TABCP02 - (Unknown). Designed by Raptor
- TABCP03 - (Unknown). Designed by CrazedImp
- TABCP04 - Crucifixation. Designed by Giftmacher
- TABCP05 - (Slot Open).
- TABCP06 - Tartarus Anomaly. Designed by Nomad
- TABCP07 - Hell Bound. This map is set up to be a hellish outpost of some sort. Designed by Osiris
- TABCP08 - Babylon. Designed by Ace
- TABCP09 - (Unknown) (Secret Level). Designed by Nomad
- TABCP10 - (Unknown) (Super Secret Level). Designed by Osiris
- TABCP11 - The Abyssial Arena. The final map of the set, where an epic boss battle takes place. Designed by Osiris
Extra Maps
These maps are still under consideration as to whether they will be used or not.
- TABCPS1 - Pit Of Voids. This map is 8 different voids connected together to form a series of different places with "fragments" from the original Doom levels, as if the voids themselves are these placing falling apart. Whether this map is to be used as a secret map or as a normal map depends on the final product of the project. Designed by Osiris
