Now that we’re actually kind of getting The Abyss on some rails and gaining momentum as a bona fide website with actual content besides douchebags on a forum, we may have to start actually trying to tell people what The Abyss actually is, so here’s a quick rundown about who we are and why we are here!
In short
In short we are a community that devotes itself to rampant cynicism, bleeding sarcasm, and overall nihilism. However this is not to say that we are apathetic, cruel, or amoral people. Not all at the same time, anyway. If you have a morbid sense of humor, an affinity for verbal irony, or just enjoy fine internet culture, you should fit in well here.
